Ann died on 10 September 1873 in Raglan St, Waterloo, Sydney[29].
On 2 July 1874 James married his second wife, SELINA NAIRN in Raglan St, Waterloo, Sydney[30]. She was the daughter of DANIEL NAIRN and ELIZA WADE. See ancestors of Selina Nairn (page 37) for further details.
Selina and James had two children::
i. ELSIE WADE COOMBER, Elsie was born 28 December 1879 at Raglan St, Waterloo, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia[31] and died 2 September 1965, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia[32].

James died 23 October 1889 in Albion Road, Breakfast Creek (Caboolture District), Queensland, Australia[35] and was buried in the Toowong Cemetery[36].
Born: New South Wales, Australia - 28 December 1879
Died: Queensland, Australia - 2 September 1965
Elsie was born on 28 December 1879 at Raglan St, Waterloo, Sydney[37]. Elsie and her sister Bessie moved to Brisbane with their two half brothers. She lived with her brother's family while she attended school at Indooroopilly but went into service at about 14 because she was not liked by her Sister in Law.
On 18 November 1899 she married FRANCIS HEAD at the Residence of Mr Robert Roberts, Royal Terrace, Albion, Brisbane[38]. Apparently her mother in law did not approve due to Elsie's background. Francis was the son of THOMAS HEAD and MARGARET HAIR. For more detail on Elsie and Francis see descendants of Francis Head (page 31)
Elsie and Francis ran a Fruit Shop in Brighton, Brisbane for some time. Later she used to visit a guesthouse at Kenilworth on holidays. She became friends with the owners and used to look after the house when they went on holidays.
Elsie lived with her daughter Alice from 1944 until she died on 2 September 1965. She was buried in the Hemmant Cemetery Brisbane[39].
