NOTES : Hint: I only have a family of four, two of them under the age
of five. We only need half this recipe to feed the family, so what I do
is use two 9 x 9 baking dishes, and make two. I then bake one for
dinner that night, and freeze the other one. When I see a day coming up
that I know will be busy and it will be difficult to find time to make
dinner, I take it out of the freezer the night before, then all I have
to do is heat it up!
This is also very easy to make, and is what I made for my friend who had
the baby. It took me less than an hour to put together four of them,
two for her, and two for me!
