Sales Policy
- If you are interested in a chinchilla you can send us an e-mail and we will put the chinchilla on hold for 3 days until pick-up or a deposit is received.
- The deposit is $30 for a chinchilla $125 dollars and under and $40 for a chinchilla more than $125. This is subtracted from the price of the chinchilla and the remainder is due at time of pick-up.
- CiCi's Chinchillas reserves the right to deny sale to anyone for any reason at any time! If this occurs after a deposit has been received, it will be refunded in full.
- If something happens to the chinchilla while it is in my care, the deposit will be refunded in full.
- We do not ship our chinchillas! We are willing to meet within 20 miles for free, after that you will be charged for gas and, if we have to travel a very long distance, a convenience fee may be added on. This will be determined on an individual basis.
- If you are unhappy with your purchase within 7 days we will accept the chinchilla back with a refund, but you will not receive your deposit back.
-If your chinchilla dies within 30 days, a necropsy must be performed at the buyers expense. If death is due to an illness existing at the time of purchase or a genetic issue, the price of the chinchilla will be put as credit towards a future kit.
- Final payment must be in cash!
