And no one is calling on any of the apps I drop off. And it looks like the number of jobs is drying up. Who is getting these jobs?? Agh.
My Mom found us a dining room table for the house. Oval, 3 leaves, 6 chairs, walnut. $395. A great price, but it still is probably too much right now. We have this 14x14 dining room, that is crying out for a table like that, something huge to center it, and be a seating area for everyone at Thanksgiving. I think we'd be able to seat 12 there with the leaves in, and that's pretty close to the number of people at Thanksgiving last year I think. Well, adults anyway. It would be cool.
What else about Tuesday . . .
Oh, took my mom grocery shopping. Kind of frustrating shopping on an empty stomach when the food isn't for you. She gave me a bunch of coupons to try and find the products for, and I just picked out things I liked. So I'll probably end up enjoying that in the end. Smart! That's me. I almost has one of the TV dinners for breakfast this morning, but held off.
Watched my Tuesday shows on Bravo--The Restaurant, and Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. I have so much TV on my plate these days. It's funny. Wednesday is Smallville, Thursday is Must See TV, Friday is Boston Public. I need a TIVO.
That's about it for this edition of the Journal. Three days in a row though---I'm getting better at this. Maybe, let's see if I can keep it up.
