Make your feathered friends Christmas ornaments! Gather pinecones. Spread peanut butter on them. Roll in birdseed. Attach a cute ribbon. Hang from branches.
Make your own ornaments... Purchase medium size clear glass ornaments. Purchase liquid acrylic paint in gold, cranberry, hunter green, etc.. Save the box that the ornaments came in... Take the cap off of the top of the ornament. Squeeze in (about 1 teaspoon) first color of paint. Do the same for second color. Swirl the paint around for a marbleized effect. Let dry and replace cap.
Start a new tradition! Create a Christmas Memories Scrapbook.. Purchase a 5x7 or 8x10 scrapbook album, and fill with photos of Christmas' past up until now and keep filling each year. Set it out on a coffee table for all to enjoy.. You can decorate the pages with festive paper, and stickers.. Just remember to use acid free paper and adhesives.
