I finally was able to have a quiet time today after 3 days. Let me tell you, you can definitely tell when I don't have a quiet time. It seems that evil just follows me everywhere. I just wanted to dwell in the Lord's presence today. I went to the Avenue in DeMotte, to get together with other Christians and worship outside in Tyson's parking lot- or so I thought. There weren't many solid Christians there. Instead it was like a social event- girls and guys trying to hook up-talking during the whole event- not worshipping. It really upset me a lot. There were so many girls dressed in an unChristian way. The looks the boys were giving all the girls forgetting what the purpose of the event was. I just want to say that there are always going to be young ladies and men. You don't need to focus on them now. Just turn your focus to the Lord. Ladies, you might want to think about dressing a little more appropriately. You don't want a guy who likes you just for your body, find one that respects you for who you are. Remember others are always looking up to you whether you know it or not.
