For all of you that doubted that I could carry three babies past 30 weeks, all I have to say is don't ever doubt me!

Today was our 30 week doctor's appointment.  We had a Level II Ultrasound done and everything looked good.  Their weights are fairly on target and they are looking healthy.
Baby Boy A - 3 lbs 0oz (38% tile)
Baby Boy B - 2 lbs 15oz  (37% tile)
Baby Boy C - 3 lbs 5oz (50% tile)
The ultrasound tech and the doctor both confirmed again that they are all definately all boys and took picutres to proove it.

As far as me, I am holding up ok.  I am starting to develop strong signs of carpel tunnel in my right hand.  I am also noticing a lot of swelling in my hands from the pregnany itself  which only makes the carpel tunnel worse.  My new goal is 32 weeks (June 5) which is only a week and a half away but it is getting very difficult to move around but I think I can make it to at least that.  They say once you reach 32 weeks you are pretty much in the safety zone so that makes me feel better that I am so close to that and I should be able to reach it.

Our next appointment is June 4.  We will just have a regular OB check to see if anything has changed and to also schedule my c-section for sometime around my 35th week which would be June 25, 26, 28, 29, 30.  We just have to pick a day that works best for us.  This is not saying that I will make it that far but this way I have something set for the chance that I do make it that far.  From what I have heard from other triplet moms is that once you get past 32 weeks you are EXTREMELY uncomfortable and drained so we will see but for now I am shooting for 32 weeks and then we will go from there.

Today I had my weekly biophysical on the boys (see previous Adventure page for description of what a biophysical is).  All three boys got 10 out of 10.  Last week Baby A was on the border of 8/10 and 10/10 because of the non-stress test (measuring heart rate in relation to movement).  So all is still looking good.  Next biophysical is next Tuesday.  (see picture of what I look like during a biophysical on the Bedrest page - see link below).

Well it is June (week 31) and I am still at home carrying the busload!  At some point this month we will have 3 baby boys!
I had my weekly biophysical on the boys (see previous Adventure page for description of what a biophysical is).  All three boys got 10 out of 10.  Baby A was a little slow to get his 2 points for breathing but he did it.  I think C is the dominate one and not giving A enough room to do anything.
My next doc appointment is this Friday 6/4/04 which is just a regular OB check so we will see what they have to say this time.  I see a different doctor so maybe he will think differently about when to schedule my c-section (maybe earlier than the end of June?).  We will see.  Check back Friday afternoon for the update after the doc appointment.
