Aaron is starting to stand for a few second on his own. He will even take a few steps on his own or just take one step and and fall towards whoever is closest to him.
Mitchell needed a haircut and couldn't wait for the other two so they could get their haircut together so we started to use a scissors and then realized there was no way he would let us cut it all by scissors so we buzzed it with Matt's clippers. He really does look better now and actually more similar to Aaron. Mitchell's hair color looked very similar to Chrissy's and to Grandma San's first haircuts.

Wow, it has been 11 months already since the busload was born! Within the last month all three have started to play together and make each other laugh and giggle. They love stroller rides and any rides in their numerous modes of transportation. Click here to see their modes of transportation.
Jake still has the most teeth with 2 on the bottom and 4 on top.
Mitchell currently has the 2 bottom teeth and his two eye teeth and the 2 top front teeth are also coming down.
Aaron has his 2 bottom teeth which have come in somewhat crooked. He also might bet getting his top 2 front teeth.
Aaron can help himself up by pulling himself up next to the couch, chair, or something lower to the ground and then he just takes off walking and only falls if he trips on a toy or decides to sit down and play with a toy.
It has been a year since Aaron, Mitchell, and Jake were born. They came home from the hospital 10, 12, 14 days after they were born and everyone was healthy and doing fine.
They have learned so much in the past year...they
...learn to sleep through the night around 3-4 months without being awakened for feedings.
...begin to crawl
...start getting teeth
...learn to walk behind walkers
...are giggling and laughing
...learn that they can spit their food out!
...react to "so big"
...play together
...make each other laugh/giggle
...chase each other around the kitchen while laughing/giggling at each other

We had a big party for Aaron, Mitchell, and Jake on Saturday, June 18 at our house. Friends and family came to celebrate. It was a beautiful sunny day. (click here to see party pictures)
Aaron goes from sitting to standing/walking without any assistance like a chair.
Mitchell pulls himself up with something like the couch, chair or wall and then takes off walking. He too, like Aaron just takes off cruising around the house. He occasionally falls but usually walks a long distance before he trips on something or decides to fall.
Jake is starting to venture on his own without hanging on to things! He takes about 6 steps before he decides to sit down and crawl because it's faster.
Jake has learned to climb up on the couch without stepping on things to get up. He gets so excited when he gets up there that he just gets this smirk on his face and then paces back and forth on the couch. He does have trouble getting down on his own...he hasn't figured out that he needs to turn around and go feet first. He leans over the edge of the couch but realizes it might hurt if he goes head first so he sits back up until he gets a little help turning him around so he can go feet first.
