Exhibit #23-The 25th Anniversary of Jones Town
Massacre Kills Over 900
Jones Town After 25 Year AP The Reverend Jim Jones and his hand picked hoodlums
killed over 900 persons and a US Congressman Leo Ryan after being caught stealing welfare benefits from followers....
Mon Nov 17, 7:54 PM ET Add U.S. National - AP
By MICHELLE LOCKE, Associated Press Writer
OAKLAND, Calif. - Twenty-five years later, understanding the tragedy of Jonestown hasn't grown easier.
"It's still an enigma what happened? How can we stop this from happening again?" says Jynona Norwood,
who lost 27 relatives the night Jim Jones ordered more than 900 of his followers to drink cyanide stirred
into fruit punch at the group's compound in the jungle of Guyana in South America.
On Tuesday, Norwood, a Los Angeles pastor, will mark the 25th anniversary of the tragedy with her annual memorial
service beside a mass grave in Oakland where more than 400 victims are buried. Norwood never joined Jones' Peoples
Temple, but her mother and scores of other relatives did. They were drawn by Jones' preaching of interracial harmony
and caring for the poor. Jones was a political favorite, too, becoming chair of the San Francisco Housing Authority
in 1976.
There were reports of fake healings and beatings, but followers stayed loyal. "After you've been in an environment that perpetuates that kind of craziness, you don't see it as odd or strange," says Yulanda Williams, who was able to escape with her immediate family months before the massacre. "We were sick, yet we didn't know we were sick."
Jones retreated to Guyana in 1978, taking about 1,000 followers with him. Later that year, Rep. Leo Ryan led a delegation of journalists and relatives of temple members to Jonestown. Some members chose to leave with him and the party was ambushed at the airstrip; Ryan and four others were killed. Back at the compound, Jones ordered his followers to die, starting with the infants.
Most victims were poisoned, some forcibly. Some were shot by security guards.Remembering Jonestown is hard, but important, said Norwood, who is campaigning to build a wall commemorating the victims. "The dead can't talk," she says. "We're the only people left to speak for them."
Exhibit #24 Persons Barred For
Punching Mel In the Head?
In 2004 we have Mel Erb of The Shelter in Tallahassee, Florida posting a list of 20 persons who
were barred for punching his staff while apparently engaged in a prison based gang take over of the nonprofit agency.
Like similar takeovers of other facilities the attack on the staff of this facility includes use of physical
violence. This problem is best addressed by having undercover Detectives or Homeland Security personnel being
present on site to address such criminal activities.

Retaking Over Homeless Shelter?
The 9th Circuit Court apparently ruled in favor of
Community House in Boise,Idaho having their "Civil Rights"
restored possibly by retaking the property which was sold for $2 Million to the Boise Rescue Mission by the City of Boise.
The Community House when operated by the local homeless coalition was a notorious drug den or possibly best described as
a lesion ozzing pus on the body of society which either needed to be bulldozed or indicted by a Federal Grand Jury.
Arguments by the Homeless Coalition that persons who do not attend religious services are denied services is a crock of shit-

must have had a substantial number of reps assassinated?

Should Terrorist Organization Be Permitted to Reestablish in North Carolina
On Remand From Several US District Courts?
A question of reappearance of an Islamic Based Terrorist group in the Piedmont Area of North Carolina and
the apparent Judicial Disability of the United States District Court here to address the amicus curiae
question as whether the United States should address the question internally or should the United Nations
Security Council take action:
Jurisdictional Statement
The United States Supreme Court has original jurisdiction over all causes pursuant to Title 28 USC 1251(b) Original
Jurisdiction the United States Supreme Court over causes involving foreign governments where in the case at bar the
respondents are members of the UN Security Council; and other ORGANS of the United Nations. The primary mechanisms in
the United States to enforce laws is TITLE 18 CRIMES or the US Patriot Act while the United Nations has jurisdiction over
some issues through office of UN Security Council and International Protocols on Terrorism. The United Nations jurisdiction
is a diplomatic process known as the 1503 Treaty where by questions are permitted to be asked by the United States through
the US Department of State where Amicus Curiae is counsel of record and permitted to readdress questions to the United
Nations Security Council.
Cause of Actions
1. The several US District Courts in Walters V Kohl, Tanner (Civil: 1:09 CV 309 USDC, MDC) the
Honorable US Magistrate Wallace Dixon and was asked to consider if a problem existed in administration of several
departments and the Courts statement it lacked jurisdictional standing generated Exhibit A: A Judicial Disability question in
4th US Circuit Court of Appeals.
2. The Honorable US District Court Judge Rosemary Collyer finding in Walters v. Bank of America (Civil Vs
Civil:09 1060 USDC), is that the Courts are unable to prosecute violations of TITLE 18 CRIMES and permits the questions
to be appealed if the Plaintiff so wishes.
3. Questions of gross irregularities in Social Security process to prosecute violation of Title 18 CRIMES have been
deferred to the US Circuit Court of Appeals in Walters v Asture 09-5206.
4. The statement of the several Courts is for instance that they are unable invoke provisions of the US Patriot Act
Or defend from terrorist which are active in North Carolina Exhibit B.
5. The Author and expert Harvey Kusher has outlined in his excellent book Holy War On the Home
Front the history of Islamic Terrorist activities here in the Triad for over 30 years and the history of takeover of nonprofit
agencies by Islamic based gangs for bases of operations and the role local university play in harboring known terrorist.
6. The primary beneficiary of the 911 Attacks was the banking center at Charlotte, NC which for
a period of time superseded Wall Street as the leading bank center and it is believed that the 911 attacks on the
World Trade Center was also a crime designed to profit banking interest in North Carolina.
7. It appears that 9 years after the events of 911 we have a prison based gang on the front of 305
W Lee Street attempting to take over and assaulting staff and residence of the Greensboro Urban Ministries.
8. A person of reasonable and common intelligence could ascertain that the reappearance of such groups suggest
higher command personnel are looks to reappear at local institutions after they are given to understand prison based
gangs are operating without opposition in the Triad.
9. While prosecution or investigation of alleged violations of Title 18 CRIMES is a matter discretion the Court is
is asked to consider whether compelling National Interest where judicial disability may be permitting a known terrorist
organization to reestablish itself in North Carolina.
Exhibit #34 The Bonus Army Supressed By
General Douglas Mac Arthur-Historical Citation
One of MacArthur's most controversial acts came in 1932, when President Hoover
ordered him to disperse the "Bonus Army" of veterans who had converged on the
capital in protest of government policy. MacArthur was criticized for using
excessive force to disperse the protesters. According to MacArthur, the demonstration
had been taken over by communists and pacifists with, he claimed, only "one man in 10
being veterans." The Veteran's Administration files quoted by David Halberstam in "The
Coldest Winter", state that 93% of the Bonus Army were veterans, of whom 67% had served
overseas during the World War. Similarly, PBS' The American Experience has further
supported this position by showing that the Bonus Army was composed overwhelmingly
of First World War veterans whose pacifist politics were typical of the era - pacifism
was not an uncommon belief among the general public of the 1930s. It has also been reported
that MacArthur never received the orders telling him not to stop the marchers and that the
orders were hidden from him by other officers who wanted the Army troops to storm the Bonus Army camps.
The self-named Bonus Expeditionary Force was an assemblage of some 43,000 marchers 17,000 World War
I veterans, their families, and affiliated groups, who protested in Washington, D.C., in spring and
summer of 1932. Called the Bonus March by the news media, the Bonus Marchers were more popularly known
as the Bonus Army. The war veterans sought immediate cash payment of Service Certificates granted to
them eight years earlier via the Adjusted Service Certificate Law of 1924. Each Service Certificate,
issued to a qualified veteran soldier, bore a face value equal to the soldier's promised payment, plus
compound interest. The problem was that the certificates (like bonds), matured twenty years from the
date of original issuance, thus, under extant law, the Service Certificates were un-redeemable until 1945.

Exhibit #37 Napolitano Stands By Controversial Report
On Veterans At Risk Of Terrorist Recruiters
Napolitano stands by controversial report
Top Democrat says he's 'dumbfounded'
Washington Times
By Audrey Hudson (Contact) and Eli Lake
Thursday, April 16, 2009
Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said Wednesday that she was briefed before the release of a controversial intelligence assessment and that she stands by the report, which
lists returning veterans among terrorist risks to the U.S. But the top House Democrat with oversight of the Department of Homeland Security said in a letter to Ms. Napolitano that he
was "dumbfounded" that such a report would be issued.
"This report appears to raise significant issues involving the privacy and civil liberties of many Americans - including war veterans," said Rep. Bennie Thompson of Mississippi, chairman of
the House Homeland Security Committee, in his letter sent Tuesday night. The letter was representative of a public furor over the nine-page document since its existence was reported in The Washington Times
on Tuesday.
In her statement Wednesday, Ms. Napolitano defended the report, which says "rightwing extremism" may include groups opposed to abortion and immigration, as merely one among several threat assessments.
But she agreed to meet with the head of the American Legion, who had expressed anger over the report, when she returns to Washington next week from a tour of the U.S.-Mexico border.
"The document on right-wing extremism sent last week by this department's Office of Intelligence and Analysis is one in an ongoing series of assessments to provide situational awareness to state, local
and tribal law enforcement agencies on the phenomenon and trends of violent radicalization in the United States," Ms. Napolitano said in her statement.
"I was briefed on the general topic, which is one that struck a nerve as someone personally involved in the Timothy McVeigh prosecution," Ms. Napolitano said.
Ms. Napolitano insisted that the department was not planning on engaging in any form of ideological profiling.
"Let me be very clear: We monitor the risks of violent extremism taking root here in the United States. We don't have the luxury of focusing our
efforts on one group; we must protect the country from terrorism whether foreign or homegrown, and regardless of the ideology that motivates
its violence," Ms. Napolitano said.
"We are on the lookout for criminal and terrorist activity but we do not - nor will we ever - monitor ideology or political beliefs. We take seriously our responsibility to
protect the civil rights and liberties of the American people, including subjecting our activities to rigorous oversight from numerous internal and external sources."
The Times reported Tuesday that the department's Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) issued April 7 the nine-page document titled "Rightwing Extremism:
Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment." Outcry from veterans groups, Republican lawmakers and conservative
activists followed, but the reaction spread Wednesday to Democratic lawmakers and liberal-leaning groups.
In his letter to Ms. Napolitano, Mr. Thompson demanded that Homeland Security officials explain how and why they wrote the report and whether it poses any
threat to civil liberties. "As I am certain you agree, freedom of association and freedom of speech are guaranteed to all Americans - whether a person's beliefs,
whatever their political orientation, are 'extremist' or not," Mr. Thompson said. Mr. Thompson said the report "blurred the line," and that he is "disappointed and
surprised that the department would allow this report to be disseminated" to law enforcement officials nationwide. Homeland Security officials have declined to say
who wrote report, except that it was a career official and not a political appointee.
Only three employees are listed in the Federal Yellow Book as working for the I&A office - acting Undersecretary Roger Mackin and two executive assistants.
Mr. Thompson's letter said, "I am particularly struck by the report's conclusion which states that I&A 'will be working with its state and local partners over the
next several months to ascertain with greater regional specificity the rise in rightwing extremist activity in the United States with a particular emphasis on the political,
economic, and social factors that drive rightwing extremist radicalization.' " He demanded to know what types of activities the Homeland Security Department had planned for "the next several months."
"Rightwing extremism," the report said in a footnote on Page 2, goes beyond religious and racial hate groups and extends to "those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor
of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely."
"It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration," said the report, which also listed gun owners
and veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars as potential risks. The assessment is not the first Homeland Security product to examine threats based on political extremism.
In January, the department sent law enforcement officials an assessment of cyberterrorism threats from such left-leaning sources as environmental, animal rights and anarchist groups.
Mike German, policy counsel for the American Civil Liberties Union and a former FBI agent, said his organization was concerned about law enforcement agencies' focus on
radicalization, regardless of the specific ideology. "Certainly, the right-wing report is focused far too much on rhetoric and things people say and things people think rather
than on criminal activity and the people involved in criminal activity," he said. "There is plenty of crime out there for federal, state and local law enforcement to worry about.
They don't need to invent threats that they have no factual basis for supporting."
The American Legion on Tuesday said the latest report unfairly stereotypes veterans. "I am aware of the letter from American Legion National Commander [David K.] Rehbein,
and my staff has already contacted him to set up a meeting next week once I return from travel. I will tell him face-to-face that we honor veterans at DHS and employ thousands
across the department, up to and including the Deputy Secretary," Ms. Napolitano said. "As the department responsible for protecting the homeland, DHS will continue to work
with its state and local partners to prevent and protect against the potential threat to the United States associated with any rise in violent extremist activity," Ms. Napolitano said.
Asked about the report at Wednesday's White House briefing, press secretary Robert Gibbs said he has not spoken with President Obama specifically about it.
"Without getting into the report, I think the president works hard every day to make sure that all Americans are safe and secure," Mr. Gibbs said.
"And I would say that, as it relates to some aspect of the report, that the president believes those who serve our country represent the very best of it," Mr. Gibbs said.
House Minority Leader John A. Boehner, Ohio Republican, said Wednesday that the department owes veterans an apology. "To characterize men and women returning home
after defending our country as potential terrorists is offensive and unacceptable," he said. "Everyone agrees that the department should be focused on protecting America, but
using such broad-based generalizations about the American people is simply outrageous." Rep. Steve Buyer of Indiana, the ranking Republican on the House Committee on
Veterans' Affairs, called it "inconceivable" that the Obama administration would categorize veterans as a potential threat. "This kind of mischaracterization can lead to discrimination
against veterans in our society, especially in the job market," Mr. Buyer said. "Vietnam veterans were subjected to this unfair treatment, and I call upon President Obama and members
of Congress to refute any similar stereotyping of Iraq and Afghanistan veterans." Jon Ward contributed to this report.
