little whine tonight... |
Tomorrow
we will be going to the Hubert H.
Humphrey Cancer Center to get my next dose of Irinotecan. It'll be another
day trip to the Twin Cities. We will also discuss pain management
options with my oncologist. The pain killers I am taking at the
moment are NOT doing a very good job. I'm going to whine a little bit tonight... My left arm has become useless. It has swollen to the point where the pain makes me want to go fetal in the recliner in front of the TV. Sitting in front of this computer, typing with one hand, just shows how addicted I am to the internet. I did my web surfing for the day so, posting a page for you tonight is my attempt to find some humor in this situation. It was totally frustrating trying to open the bottle of pain killers last night. I was here at the cabin and resolved my problem with the pipe wrench that was handy. Laying the wrench on the table, adjusting it with my good hand, I was able to wedge the bottle in it and get it open... |
