The Co-ordinator shall send a letter to the school authority
seeking an appointment for discussions on the competition. This can be best
achieved if the Co-ordinators go to the various schools, meet the
appropriate authorities like Secretary / Principal and convince them first
about the importance of Geeta in our life. Giving out the Geeta Chanting
Kit and some pamphlets containing local Mission activities will help in
this task. This can be followed by a letter confirming the venue, date,
time for conducting the preliminary competition.
Note:
If the preliminary competitions are conducted very early in the
year, the selected participants will have to wait for a long period for the
State / National level of competition.
With the commencement of the new academic year the selected
participants will move on to the next class. In such cases the group and
portions for some of the participants will change.
