Added link exchange with gay.com

Added gay.com chat room for us to yak in, should any of us be online at the same time.

I know I wanted to keep this site free of all those busted arse banners and shit that goes with them but we need more Victorian likka's and thought this might be a way to entice a few of them saying g'day.

New site is up and working, well it is for me *fingers crossed*. The content hasn't changed that much, its more a layout thing. Over the next few weeks we hope to do something with the members section - time & mental state permitting.
