OK, there's the deal...

In order to keep the group a nice, happy, friendy place, a place to have lots of laughs, we've decided to set up a few guidelines so that we can deal with any shit, should it arise.

These guidelines are not by any means conclusive, and the boss chicks reserve the right to make up new rules as they go along.
So please, if anyone has any issues with other likkas on the list, let us know, otherwise, we won't be able to help out with any incidents if we are not made aware, but at the same time, we don't really want to get involved in situations that mean we have to take sides.
We're not here for that - we all just want to have fun.

So here it is...

• For around the first month of being a member your posts will go through a spam and rubbish check. This applies to all new members, it is just our way of trying to prevent advertising, boys and spam hitting the list. Durring this period their maybe a slight delay in your emails hitting the list. After this introduction period you will be added to the automod list and your messages should appear instantaniously (providing there are no glitches in the system)

• Attachments can't be sent thru the e-mail group. This has been set up not only to prevent the slowing down of e-mails, but also to stop the distribution of naughty pics. If anyone does have a pic they want posted, send them to us and we'll post them on the website.

• Spam won't be tolerated. It's OK for a joke or two to hit the list, but anything other than that will be seen as enemy action, and we will be forced to come after you and shove it down your throat.*smile*

  Or if you have at any stage during your life had a pippee - there are thousands of other lists out there for you. Please find one, as you're of no use to us.
  So to reiterate - no dick (although latex is permitted *giggle*)

• Harassment

Harassment is defined as continued emails to, or postings directed at or referring to the harassee, after the harassee has notified the harasser that they do not want any further communication from them. Notification may occur off the group, in which case the harassee must forward evidence of the notification to the boss chicks. One (and only one) email acknowledging a request to cease contact is acceptable and does not constitute harassment. If harassment is occuring entirely outside the group, the standard of evidence required to prove harassment is stricter. If harassment is occuring entirely within chicksthatlick, the postings must be clearly personal in nature; disagreeing with someone in a public discussion is not harassment

• If the boss chicks are made aware of any harassment between any of the likka's in the group, the troublemaking likka will be given a warning.
  If any further harassment occurs, the troublemaking likka will then be removed from the automod list.

• If there is any further harassment, we will have no choice but to bite you. If you're lucky, it will just result in a one month ban from posting to the other likkas.
  

• If the troublemaking likka decides to be more of a troublemaker, and continues to harass off-group while banned, they will be banned indefinitely. Any likkas who are banned will be posted on the Page Of Shame.
