1. Chicken-Head Records Comp #3!

I said I'd never do it again but we're thinking about putting out another comp. For this one I'd want 10 bands, two songs each. Each band pays 100.00 and for this they get 100 CDs, not bad eh? I'm going to try and get local bands first and am willing to wait while they get some stuff recorded. I want this to be a great comp, I'm approaching bands that I like so it will be good all around unlike most comps that have one or two mediocre bands and the rest are crap. Once this project is finished it will be gone for the most part, I may press 1100 and keep 100 for the label but I'm not sure yet. If you're not local but want to be on this, send me your stuff and a note saying you want to be considered for the comp and we'll check you out. 

2.  Two Three-way splits. 

I've got two of these I'm trying to get together, one hardcore one, and one death metal one. We here at Chicken-Head Records have developed an awesome design for the package that will allow each band to have their own cover, all on one piece of paper. I'm not into Jewel cases and would like to see some of the creative things used for vinyl to be used towards CD's, as they are the medium of choice.
