A Lifetime of Sisterhood

Delta Phi Epsilon is not only a college experience. Involvement with DPhiE begins during the college years and grows throughout a lifetime. A great way to stay connected with the traditions and values of the sorority is to become active in an alumnae association. Whether you are new to the Chicago area or an established resident, the Chicago Alumnae Association (CAA) welcomes into membership all sisters who are alumnae of Delta Phi Epsilon. CAA membership brings numerous benefits. A member chooses to be more or less involved with the CAA as her lifestyle permits.

Membership in the Delta Phi Epsilon Chicago Alumnae Association is open to all alumnae sisters residing in the Chicago area. As stated by the International Sorority, "the prospective Active member must be an initiated member of the International Sorority, Delta Phi Epsilon, and have completed a baccalaureate degree. She will have been an undergraduate member in good standing, with all accounts current."

Annual membership dues are only $30! ($20 to the CAA and $10 to the International Sorority, all to cover administrative costs.) There has not been an increase in dues since the group was founded in 1999. Member dues cover ongoing CAA expenses, including membership in the Chicago Alumnae Panhellenic ($30 annually), website domain ($10 annually), recruitment mailings, House of Good Shepard philanthropy projects, and support of Beta Rho at UIC.

Prospective members are welcome and encouraged to attend a few events to help determine if they would like to become an active dues-paying member.
