Prints
I had the good fortune
of aquiring an old flatbed printing press a number of years ago. Most of my prints
are monoprints. I enjoy making monoprints because they force me to be more spontanious.
For those who are not familiar with monoprints, they are produced by applying ink
directly to the printing plate.
As their name suggests, you only get one print per image. They force you to work
faster because you have to complete the print before the ink begins to dry on the plate.
