Drawings

This is my drawings page. I often will draw my compositions in detail before I paint. The drawing Daisy is an example of that. (see Daisy on the Paintings page.) Most often I draw with pencils but not exclusively.

Some drawings end up as finished works, some just as preparation for paintings. I also keep a sketch book of drawings that may act as a starting point for future pieces or to quickly record design ideas that come to me on the spot.
