Who doesn't love pancakes? Here are a few tips for a successful Sunday morning 'Flapjack' fest....

*Cook the batter as soon as it is whisked together, or your leavening will activate too quickly, and your pancakes will not be fluffy and light.

*Cook over medium heat until bubbles start to rise to the surface of the pancake. That's how you can tell it needs to be flipped.

*Keep pancakes in a heated oven and covered with a clean towel to prevent them from drying out.
