| Although the attack on Pearl Harbor was very disastrous, Pearl Harbor still remains as it was 61 years ago. Of the 18 ships damaged and destroyed, the USS Arizona still lies on the murky bottom of Pearl Harbor. The sunken vessel still remains to this day where it had lied so many years ago. It also contains the men who died in it. Today, it serves as a burial chamber for the men. Each year on December 7th, a memorial service for the men is held. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
