Much planning and consideration went into the attack on Pearl Harbor. It was well thought out, and one of the most strategic attacks in war history. And as a consequence, it was one of the most horrific attack that our nation has ever endured. Although we did retaliate against Japan with Doolittle's Raid On Tokyo, "We merely made a pin prick in their country,..." as said by James Doolittle. We will not have seen such a worse attack until September 11th, 2001 where men and women were also suddenly and deliberately murdered by another nation. We shall never forget the men and women who lost their lives at Pearl Harbor, or on September 11th. |
