The purpose of this recommendation report is to summarize our accomplishments and recommendations. We hope that you will find this information useful. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

The two stations following the fold station are the primary focus of this project. After extensive research and analysis, we determined our final recommendation, which consists of the following three components:

• Restructuring the current inventory storage system

• Implementing a rubberized storage system

• Purchasing and implementing personal totes

Each recommendation component in described in detail in the Recommendations section of this report. Additionally, the Methodology section contains a cost analysis, and a discussion of the criteria that we used to base our decision on.

Finally we would like to take this opportunity to thank you, Mark Wagner and Kenworth for providing us with the opportunity to analyze the chassis assembly for our final project. This project not only allowed us to apply our skills to a challenging engineering problem, but we also learned a tremendous amount about the intricate operations of your company.
