Phoebe Halliwell, The youngest and the sweetest of the three sisters, Phoebe has a carefree and free-spirited nature, and always takes each day as it comes. Initially responsible for giving herself and her sisters the powers that they now have, she still manages to let herself be entranced by the Book of Shadows and the idea that she, as well as her sisters, are witches. She has the power of premonition, the ability to see into the future and back into the past, as well as being able to effectively write spells and make potions for the trio to use. She also has the power of levitation, the ability to be a able to fly in the air. She is a good kickboxer, and recently went back to college to get a degree, however she struggles to keep a steady boyfriend.
