Carrie Marie Allday
is from Dothan, Alabama and moved to Charleston in 2004. She received
her undergraduate degree in early childhood and elementary education
from the University of Montevallo and earned her Masters in Special
Education from Auburn University. Mrs. Allday has worked with students
with all levels of disabilities. Her hobbies include spending time with
family, scrap booking, and traveling. |
| Art Liberman has worked in special education for over 15 years. In 1974, he received his undergraduate degree in Journalism - Advertising/Public Relations from the University of South Carolina. He earned a Masters in Special Education from the College of Charleston in 1991. Mr. Liberman has worked as a teacher, transition specialist, and employment specialist serving students with a wide range of disabilities. This is his sixth year with the TOPS Program. Some of Mr. Liberman's hobbies include running, photography, on-line personal trainng, kayaking, and traveling. |

Susan Wegener has been in the education field for 15 years. She received her undergraduate degree in business from the University of Florida and Masters in Special Education from the University of Charleston. Mrs. Wegener has served in a variey of capacities in Charleston County School District including learning disabilities teacher, transition specialist, and department head at James Island Charter High School before coming to the TOPS Program as a community specialist. She is married and has two children. Her interests include diving, languages, and photography. |
