I believe that Jesus Christ is God incarnate, that He died for my sins, and that He was raised to life for my justification.

Many Christians, particularly other evangelicals like myself, view secular philosophy with disdain. This site exists as an answer to that. I think it is vitally important that Christians are familiar with secular philosophy, since as Francis Schaeffer has said, religion and philosophy deal with the same questions. After all, if we don't understand the questions, how are we going to effectively communicate the answers within the Gospel?

If you still have doubts, consider this: some of the greatest Christian evangelists and apologists were intimately familiar with philosophy, including St. Paul ... right on through to C.S. Lewis and William Lane Craig.

My personal goals are to become a more faithful servant, a better husband and father, and a light to a lost world.

My professional goal is to become a better writer -- to touch people's hearts and influence their minds about the truth of Christ's love for them, his free gift of grace, his power to change their lives, and his unlimited faithfulness.
