| Wyomising Behavior Analysts, Ltd. (WBA) is a Professional Corporation committed to providing quality Behavioral Consultation, Psychological Evaluation, and other Clinical and Training Services. WBA specializes in the area of Geriatrics and Developmental Disabilities. WBA provides consultation services to community agencies, county offices, physicians and individuals and their families. All services are provided under the supervision of a Pennsylvania Licensed Psychologist. WBA Privacy Notice This Notice explains HIPAA and its application to WBA and the health care information of its clients. Gary Champlin, Ph.D. is a Licensed Psychologist who specializes in Geriatrics and Developmental Disabilities. He received his BS from Albright College, an MS and Ph.D. from Bryn Mawr College, and an M.B.A. from St. Joseph's University. He is a member of St. Joseph Medical Center's Medical Staff. Dr. Champlin specializes in evaluation of decision-making capacity and active treatment of behavior challenges. He provides ongoing expert consultation to PA Offices of Aging. He has extensive experience testifying in Court regarding guardianship and testamentary capacity. He has served as an expert consultant to the PA Department of Welfare, NJ Department of Disabilities, District of Columbia, and US Department of Justice. Dr. Champlin provides consultation and direct services to clients. He is unique in that he makes "house calls" seeing clients wherever they are -- private homes, nursing homes, personal care facilities, or community group homes. Gail Champlin, MS Ed. has a Master's Degree in Counseling. She received her BS from the University of Pittsburgh and MS Ed. from Duquesne University. In addition to handling the business aspects of WBA, Ms. Champlin is employed as the Community Services Representative for Heartland Home Healthcare & Hospice. She is also active in many community volunteer organizations including the Wyomissing Area PTA, the Berks Elder Network, the Berks County End of Life Care Coalition, and the Woman's Exchange. She is a Past President of the Junior League of Reading, PA, Inc. |
