She turned slowly, as though she distrusted the evidence of her ears. �You�re back!� She half flew to hug him.
He stumbled back from her enthusiastic greeting, rubbing ribs sheepishly. �I�m fine.� He tried to allay her fears, but his expression became sheepish. �I, well...�
Her hands went to her hips. �You broke my shuttle again, didn�t you?�
�Only a little.�
She clenched her teeth, then grabbed him in a painful bear hug. He wasn�t sure if it was meant to punish or welcome. �At least I know it�s really you.�
