La Pajcha

A waterfall with a sandy beach surrounded by beautiful nature. The scenic 43 km long road takes by car about 1.5 hours as the road is in a bad condition. It's possible to swim and camp out here. There is no public transport but there is a taxi service (± $30, -). It’s possible to continue walking to Postrer Valle (20km).

Las Cuevas

Three lovely waterfalls with sandy beaches. Good for swimming or a picnic. 20 km from Samaipata on the road to Santa Cruz. It's possible to walk on a continuing road after the 3rd fall which is above the other two falls. 
Entree: Bs5,-> For a small fee you can  camp out

Laguna Volcán

This small but peaceful lake lies 4 km uphill, north of the village of Bermejo. It makes a nice 2-3 hour walk from the main Santa Cruz– Samaipata road and back. It's a good place to picnic. There is a small entrance fee. Access is on the main road to Santa Cruz one-km west of Bermego. There is a big sign indicating the laguna . 

Quirusillas

From this little village it makes a 6 km pleasant walk to the beautifully situated Laguna (30 km from Samaipata) It’s a very peaceful place with walking and fishing possibilities.
