New Rules:
This next part is word-for-word so you fully understand what it is that Wizards was trying to say. This is not work by chainmailplayers, this comes straight from Wizards league kit.
Proximity Awareness
An out of command model that is not distracted by seeing enemy models is still aware of all enemy models within 6" (this is know as proximity awareness). If an out of command, maneuvering model has line of sight to no models, but there are enemy models within 6" of it (out of line of sight), The model nust move at full speed toward the nearest of these models.
If there are no enemies within line of sight and none within 6", a maneuvering model that is out of command must move at full speed toward the focus point on the battlefield. (typically, the focus point is the center of the battlefield.)
Targeting "Any Model"
OrderModel may choose any model within line of sight to charge, shoot at, or cast a spell at (instead of the nearest enemy model). The model may even target a spot on the battlefield.
Model AffectedAny
Command Cost4
A model that recives the order to target an spot on the battlefield can also target models, such as a knocked down model. For example, a Dwarf Scorcher could throw his fire bomb at a point between enemy models to catch both of them in the blast radius. (It still requires a successful attack roll to hit the spot exactly.)
With this order, a model can even make a ranged attack against a model that it can't see (such as a hiding Halfing Sneak). A model thatcan't see its target has a chance of missing. Before attacking, it must roll 11+ on a d20 or its attack automatically misses.
Of course, a model can't make a ranged attack against a model or point on the battlefield if terrain blocks the attack, such as when the target is on the other side of a high wall.
Revised Scent Range
This creature's sense of smell is so keen that it can locate nearby enemies even if it can't see them. When considering which enemy model is nearest for purposes of this models movement options, enemy models within 12" are considered to be potential nearest models even if this model doesn't have line of sight to them.
For example, an enemy seperated from this model by 3" of woods is not ruled out as possibly the nearset enemy model even though this model doesn't have line of sight to it. Count line of sight normally for other purposes (such as charging).
