He believes that the regulation of population numbers of organisms would include an investigation of how genetic structure changes in number, and how genetic factors interact with environmental factors to precipitate with the rise and fall in numbers. As a professor, Cesar is experienced and competent in teaching basic and advanced courses in genetics, molecular biology, molecular and biochemical genetics, evolutionary biology, biochemistry, and basic natural sciences.
