Troop 28 - Committee Information
The Troop Committee meets the second Monday of every month unless otherwise noted on the Troop Calendar.
Troop 28 Troop Committee Troop Mission and Objectives The Troop Committee and adult leadership of Troop 28 will provide for a program that develops leadership and character as well as with providing a positive growth experience for all of its members. The objectives for the troop will be to obtain a 75% membership participation in all activities and increase the troop membership by 10%. These objectives will be obtained by providing: � Program that supports Eagle rank and leadership requirements � Diverse needs for all members � Feedback to scouts and parents on progression � First year emphasis program � New membership orientation � One-on-one counseling with parents and scouts � Increased parental involvement � Full committee roster � Improvement in visibility of members and activities � Annual/Semi-annual junior leadership training � Fully trained adult leadership
