The CFBT is a modern and effective
organization with a functional structure:
A central Board controls the CFBT
The organization is centrally administered
from the Headquarters (HQ), located at Khon Kaen. The
Executive Director of the CFBT is in charge of the general
administration and operations.
The functions of the HQ are structured with
Departments.
The HQ controls the provincial service centers
as branches of the organization.
The service centers have a Head each and
are, similar to the HQ, structured with Departments.
Each service center is controlled by a Board
of the Center.
