____  Complete the CFB Alumnae Panhellenic Association Recruitment Information Sheet which can be found on www.geocities.com/cfbpanhellenic

____ Register with the collegiate Panhellenic at your college.  Send them the information that they require � usually it will be a copy of your transcript, resume, photos, etc. for each of the sororities at your college.  For example, if there are 10 sororities, you�ll send them 10 sets of what they want.

____ Attend the Sorority Recruitment Forum   This event is for high school senior girls from Ranchview, Hebron, Creekview, Newman Smith, R. L. Turner High Schools, and Carrollton private schools and their parents who are interested in joining a sorority at their college next year.  Information will be provided on how to register, paperwork, what to wear, etc. 

_____  Get a personal recommendation for each of the sororities at your college from someone you know that is an alumna member (not in college) of that sorority.  Ask family, friends, neighbors, teachers, etc.  A recommendation from someone that knows you is best.  They will complete their forms for their sororities and mail it to the appropriate person.

Create a packet for each woman writing you a recommendation that contains the following.  For example, if there are 10 sororities, you�ll create 10 packets. 

_____ A personal resume (see sample).  Include GPA, class size and rank, SAT/ACT scores.

____   2-3 pictures of you (close-up and full length, wallet, 4X6, copies are fine.).  Write your name and college that you�re attending on the back of the photos.

____   A copy of your High school and college (if applicable) transcript

____  A 9 x 12 envelope for each person writing the recommendation.  Do not address.  They know where to send it.

____  Paper clip 2 first-class postage stamps on each envelope (be aware of current postage rate).  Do not stick stamps on the envelopes!!!                  

Write a personal thank you to each of the women who write you a personal recommendation.

If you cannot find someone that you know for each sorority, use the 2008-2009 C-FB Alumnae Panhellenic Association Alumnae Roster (www.geocities.com/cfbpanhellenic).
