| The purpose of this page is to show images of the different suspension system configurations used in modern cars. Since I was a child I've been fascinated by all the different types of suspension systems in cars. Why use one design instead of the other? What are all those parts for? From my childhood times peaking under cars to today, my interest on this subject has increased. I would like to share this interest in this webpage. In addition to the images, I try to describe briefly the advantages and disadvantages of each suspension system configuration. The images used in this webpage are all official images from the manufacturers.
