Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Unfortunately Buffy finished after its seventh season but the show will always be remembered by its fans.

Buffy is about Buffy Anne Summers (Sarah Michelle Gellar), an ordinary young woman except for the fact that she is The Slayer. The slayer is the one (excepting Faith, another Slayer gone evil) girl in all the world with the strength and skills yada, yada, yada to stand between destruction by vampires, demons and other evil hellmongers. Then there are the slayerettes, or the scooby gang otherwise known as Willow Rosenberg (Alyson Hannigan), Xander Harris (Nicholas Brandon).

Willow is a practicing witch and hacker extraordinaire, Xander has no special powers as the others do but he has a good sense of humor and a lot of courage. Rupert Giles (Anthony S. Head) is the slayers' (former) Watcher he keeps an eye on the slayer and also helps with research on vampires, demons and other things.

Buffy is about to start it's sixth season where the gang are now almost all attending college for the third year. Xander has recently moved into a place of his own and has tried many jobs thoughout the past year. Giles has once again joined the job world (he now runs the magic shop). There are two other cast members Anya (Emma Caulfield) who is Xanders ex-girlfriend and ex-vengence demon, and Buffy's younger sister . Also who could forget Spike (James Masters) who is a fully fledged cast member now, in season four the intitititve capured and inserted a chip into his head which effectively stops him from harming humans.
