If your profile fits what we are looking for, you will receive an email from Celestial Communications outlining the intructions for your first test, a 600 word email reading. Upon receiving that we will begin the process of co-ordinating a 15 minute test chat session, if we feel you are a suitable candidate. The testing is an integral part of the recruiting process as the quality and talent of the readers we provide to the Network for whom we hire is paramount to our success. We are not able to make any exceptions to this format and hope you understand the reasons for it.

It is extremely important that all applicants understand that the network we recruit for has no interest in people who are not highly organized, motivated and easy to work with. The ability to follow directions and respect guidelines without reminders and constant nagging, while providing clients with an honest and quality reading is key. In other words, professionalism is a must! Please do not apply if you are not certain these are qualities you can offer.

The network for whom we recruit is currently only willing to consider applications for the three following categories. Each category is assigned a specific media and is available to only a specific geographical area, this is not interchangeable or optional. If you are hired for a phone/email/chat position, you may not then choose to work only phones or chat at your leisure. In order to ensure coverage needs will be met, and fairness is applied, it is an all or nothing system.
