We know that while many honest and trustworthy individuals are involved in this business day to day, it hasn't been without it's share of greedy companies, some more notorious than others, that took advantage of their customers and especially their readers. We adhere to a strict policy of honesty and openness, with no empty promises or unrealistic projections for potential earnings. We want you to feel comfortable dealing with us as recruiters, and we want you to be happy working with those we recruit for, because we staff for some of the best networks on and offline, and we truly care about readers. I want you to know that I personally have and continue to work daily as a Tarot reader and Psychic counselor, and that I know what it's like to do what you do, because it is my life's work. At no point will we ever recruit for those who place extravagant demands or unrealistic quotas on their readers, because the most important thing to this whole process is the connections taking place between clients and readers. We will never refer readers to Networks that implement any policies that would interfere with that energy. We support a positive, supportive yet professional work environment, where all are peers working together for the same goal with efficiency, communication and forward thinking.
