Legal Assistance
Program |

The actual provision of developmental
and empowering free legal assistance for abused children. It
includes legal research and investigation, counseling,
representation and litigation, filing of novel cases to set judicial
precedents. |

Policy Research,
Information and Documentation Program |

Includes review of existing laws on
children and advocating for a more child sensitive judicial system;
formation of a searchable database for children and the different
human rights issues affecting them through the use of the human
rights documentation system. |

Human Rights
Training and Education Program |

Provision of developmental human
rights education training and education activities to partners,
advocates on the following: basic human rights training, paralegal
training, legal literacy training on children’s issues and concerns,
feminist legal advocacy training, literacy environmental law
training, legislative advocacy training, Inter-active training for
pool of lawyers for children, child sensitivity counseling training,
training on peer counseling, training on reproductive health and
rights for youth. |

Welfare and Rehabilitation Program |

This program covers the handling
of economic and social well-being of the children survivors of
abuses. It also includes the rehabilitation of those who
suffered psychologically and physically from the traumatic
experiences though the provision of psychological processing,
counseling and trainings designed for them; Livelihood and
skills development project; Scholarship for those who want to
pursue their education. Medical referral for children in jails
who acquired illnesses inside the jails.
A holistic program is designed to develop their prowess and
totality as human beings. They can fully concentrate on mending
their lives and the vital role they will play in the advocacy of
child rights. |
