Every contribution that you can give helps make a difference in the lives of children who are victims of violence.

Our volunteer lawyers offer free legal and holistic assistance to our children beneficiaries that make the children’s lives better. However, the little amount that you can contribute to the organization will help make change the children’s lives forever as we also help send our children survivors’ group to schools.

Volunteer

If you would like to get involve in CLRDC as a volunteer, you can apply in the following manner:
• Review our current programs and activities for you to determine if there is a program which you would find interesting;
• We ask that you must have a commitment to humanitarian service and a necessary skill for the work you wish to do since we do not have the resources to conduct extensive training
• Email us at [email protected] and indicate the program that interests you; also send either a CV or some information about your qualifications, including educational background and work experience
• On our part, we will review each application and respond within one week; since we receive many applications, if we are not able to accommodate you at this time, we will keep your CV on file for future opportunities

Internship

Every summer we offer a number of internship positions as coordination assistants for our training activities. The duration of the internship is between 4 and 8 weeks.

Internship description:
The position entails a combination of the following responsibilities: management, logistical and administrative support ; some coordination of volunteers during the program; field work such as fact findings; paralegal work

Required Skills:
Very organized; autonomous; attention to detail; strong sense of initiative; excellent communication skills; knowledge of computers; enjoy working with others; a strong interest in human rights.
