Apostolate for Chastity and Purity.
All the efforts and work by the Apostolate for Chastity and Purity are for the revival and restoration
of chastity, purity, virginity and celibacy, so desperately needed in our world today. This Apostolate hopes to glorify these virtues to help people understand their great benefits in our lives. Encouragement of these virtues is done through distribution of several cards, which are:
"Blessed are the Pure of Heart for they shall see God" card
This card contains a chastity pledge and space for family and friends to join as prayer partners and help each other protect their precious treasures: chastity and purity -- and to help each other keep their pledge.
"We are engaged to be married" card
This card is for engaged couples to sign and pledge to each other to save personal intimacy for marriage. It also has space for family and friends to sign and pledge their prayers for the engaged couple during the engagement period, and for a happy, holy marriage.
"Soul Soap" card
This card is good-natured coaxing to remind us of the blessings and graces we receive in the Sacrament of Confession. Humorous quotes carry serious messages.
All the cards are handmade and are given free of charge. They can be given to prayer groups, students, families, friends, and anyone who is interested in the encouragement of a pure and chaste lifestyle.
"Purity Is Security" pin
This pin is a companion to the chastity pledge, to show that we are proud to be chaste. It was specially designed and made for this purpose.
A donation of $3.00 is asked for the pin which covers its actual cost to be made.
