Finally, A Day Off! Nate and I were talking the other night about being inspired to play music and to continue being inspired when the music business gets tough, and bandmembers egos start to get in the way. I have to keep reminding myself that it's all about the music, and the love for playing. I was able to watch Akira Jimbo's "Metamorphosis" video today and got a "dose" of much needed inspiration, since it was really tough on the road the last two weeks. My brother-in-law and sister-in-law came down from Santa Barbara for the weekend to meet with the same CPA who does our taxes. Of course they needed to get their's done too. We had a big family celebration at night
at Chin's Szechuan Restaurant in Scripps Ranch. Boy was it
crowded there tonight!
