Feedbacks and comments of Canadart.ca’s former participants provide new ideas and perspectives that help us devise plans and projects that meet the participant’s needs. It also helps us to determine how well we understand their specific needs and where additional information is needed for better understanding and support. A more specialized use of these feedbacks and comments is to determine the success of our outreach program. As we assess feedbacks and comments, we take stock of plans and programs to be certain they are providing the intended services to our participants in the best possible way.
