"Our Objective is Your Employment" Practice firms including Canadart.ca are a Service Canada funded employment program. This twelve weeks program enables job seekers to gain a hands on work experience while seeking employment. Canadart.ca is founded in 1999, when the Vanier Community Service Center introduced the practice firm concept to Ottawa. Canadart.ca is the first francophone practice firm in Ontario. In 2003 the second practice firm "Experica", was established in Ottawa to meet the needs of the Anglophone community. In Canadart.ca participants "update" their skills by "doing" the job in a business environment using the latest technologies. The program also facilitates the job search process and offers professional counseling. |
