Spoilers: It has Tess, the Max & Tess thing...So if you do not want to be
spoiled, don't read! It takes place after Sexual healing so a lot of
mentioning of the other episodes are in here. Plus Tess is in here, so maybe
its a foreshadowing of "Crazy". I don't know. haha.

Tess laid on the ground motionless. We all struggled to get to her before
it
was too late. I couldn't believe she would risk her own life to save us, to
save me. I started to cry. If you had asked me a couple weeks ago whether
or
not I would be crying about Tess, I would've said no. I really hated
her...she was the cause to all of my problems. Because of her, Liz nearly
lost Max. Because of her, I lost Micheal to Isabel. Because of her, I'm
still alive.
"Come on Tess. Wake up!" I started to shake her body but there was no
movement.
"Tess?" Isabel managed to say...I could feel Isabel's pain. She was about to
lose a friend that really understood her-her alienness-
Everyone was just too speechless to say anything but stare down at the body
that laid leaning on my leg. I could see it in Max's eyes that there was no
way to save her, no way to say goodbye. I will just have to prove them
wrong... I laid out my hands and placed them on Tess's forehead. I closed my
eyes and tried to connect to her....
*Flash*
Tess is kissing a guy
*Flash*
Tess is crying
I snapped open my eyes to see myself glowing. My entire body was lit up like
a firefly. What's happening to me? Then, Tess slowly opens her eyes and
looks
at me and smiles weakly.
"So I was right, Maria's an alien..." She said softly..
"Tess are you ok?" Micheal asked.
"I'm sorry..." Tess said...she spoke so softly I could barely hear her even
though she was right next to me...
"Sorry for what?" said Max.
"I'm sorry, Liz. I'm sorry for taking Max from you. I'm sorry for ever
coming
to Roswell..." Her words began to fade...
"Don't be sorry. You were just doing what was meant to be. I won't ever hold
a grudge against you..." Liz said....the tears running down her cheeks.
I knew this was extremely hard for Liz because Tess was Liz's mortal enemy.
Tess took Max away. But maybe we misunderstood her... I know this was
harder
for Micheal. Tess was his sister. His only family. He never said a word but
his emotions were clearly shown by his eyes.
So..we're friends...?" Tess asked slowly.
Liz nodded..."of course."
"Good...Micheal?" Tess said.
"Huh?" Micheal answered.
"I love you. You know that." She said. Her voice became weaker and weaker.
"I love you..." Micheal said...
Tess closed her eyes. Then there was a silence. We knew then that Tess was
gone...Tess had died right in my arms. My father had killed Tess. With all
the tears that were stinging my eyes, I stood up from off the ground and
looked around for my dad. He was nowhere to be seen. I knew it...He left. He
ran away from a problem...again. Once again, I felt lost. Alex walked up to
me and pulled me in for a hug as I sobbed into his right shoulder. Liz came
and wrapped her arms around me and Alex. I wanted to be apart of this
embrace forever, with two of my bestest friends. Then I looked over at Max,
Isabel, and Micheal where they shared their own embrace. It hit me that even
if I was half of what they are, I can never be WHAT they are. They had a
bond
that I can never share. But then, Max can never have the same bond with Liz
as what Alex has with her. I looked back down at Tess's body but it was gone.
"Where's Tess?" I asked.
"She disappeared, Maria..." Alex said.
"She wanted to disappear. She wanted it to be like she never existed so we
can carry out our lives like before." Micheal said....he looked so hurt.
"Our lives can never be the same..." Isabel said.
Now it was just the 6 of us. I've had enough for one day...as I turned
around to leave.
"Maria, where are you going?" Liz asked
"Home.."
"Yeah, let's go..." Alex said.
"WAIT!" Isabel cried. We turned to face her..."Let's go home TOGETHER..."
Then we all walked together to the jeep and drove home. I walked into my
house to see my mom sitting on the couch all alone...
"Where have you been, Maria?"
"Nowhere..."
"Where's your dad?"
"I don't want to talk about it...ok?" I turned to walk away.
"What happened? You look horrible...What did he do to you?"
"He ruined my life once again."
"What did he do?"
"He ran away, Mom..."
"Oh, honey. I'm sorry."
"No, don't be. I'm glad he did. "
"Oh my poor baby..." My mom walked over to me and hugged me. I soon let go
and went to my room.
As i got ready for bed, I heard a tapping at my window.....
