The board asked Patrick to call all of those whose term is expiring and ask if theywould like to continue on or resign.Patrick received a check for $11,000.00 from the Lion's Club for the fitness equipment to beplaced at the park in Talmage.Patrick requested to have Miller & Miller evaluate our current software and suggest a newsoftware package. This will cost about $1,200.00.Motion by Richard Horst second by Thomas Briggs to grant the expenditure to have thesoftware reviewed by Miller & Miller not to exceed $1,200.00. Motion approved unanimously.Patrick showed the supervisors a registration form for the supervisors seminar at MillersvilleUniversity, March 10,2001 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, RSVP is one week prior.Patrick discussed the de-nitrification systems. The systems are required by DEP and must berecorded with the bill of sale. The board discussed the escrow amount, if it is necessary or if itwould be better to lien the property if the owner does not take care of the system. Patrickwill contact the Dale High for more information.Motion by Richard Stover second by Sylvan Fisher to have Weinhold and Nickel audit the Township's year 2000 records. Motion approved unanimously.Sylvan Fisher asked if there should be a sign placed at the driveway on West Metzier Road.People are still trying to stop at that location.
