To have the handicapaccessible ramp, a retaining wall must be constructed with a rail. The board asked if it ispossible to just have the ramp and no steps. Patrick will contact the architect to see if only aramp is possible. Sylvan Fisher also reported that Rendina wanted to dig the back lot toplace the drainage pipe. The board feels this is not permissible at this time due to the roaddepartment needing to use the area with the snow plowing equipment. There should be no digging in the back area until at least May 2001.Subdivision/Land Development - None
