The poles are 20' high andthe zoning ordinance 184-40 allows for 16' high poles. Thomas Briggs questioned about requiring a bond for thecontractors to install sidewalks, curbing or paving. There are currently no requirements. Theboard would like to see the prints for this project before acting on It.Brian Brandt addressed the board about purchasing rifles instead of shotguns. Brian wouldlike to budget for 3 rifles at a cost of about $800.00 each. Thomas Briggs questioned therange of the weapon and if the range was needed. Motion by Sylvan Fisher second by Richard Horst to let the item in the budget and to getmore information about the weapon. The rifles may not be purchased until approved.Motion approved unanimously.
