Pat has a letterprepared.Sylvan Fisher reported that most of the road work is finished. They will be painting lines.East Metzier Road is open, the guide rails and shoulders still need work. Forrest Hill Roadand Cherry Tree Lane have not been completed. The road closed signs should beremoved. The Stone Quarry Road Park building roof is in need of repair. Sylvanreceived bids for the job. Motion by Dick Horst second by Walter Wanner to grant thebid of $5,000.00 to Groff. providing funding can be designated for the job. Motionapproved unanimously.Patrick Barrett reported that the architect sent the updated performance bond formsto the contractor. These will then be reviewed by Josele Cleary.Thomas Bnggs asked about the park rules on horseback riding. There have beenhorses in the Stone Quarry Road park in the area of the walking trail. The police willadvise the riders that the horses are not allowed in the park.The board went into executive session at 8:40 pm and returned to regular session at 9:48 pm.Motion by Dick Horst second by Sylvan Fisher to approve the Alvin Zimmermanagreement.
