Pat will meet with High Associates to review.Motion by Dick Horst second by Sylvan Fisher to write a letter to the Zoning Hearing Board forJay Ream to suggest to allow him to connect to the existing well instead of connecting tothe public water. Jay will apply for a variance from the minimum lot size. Motion approvedunanimously.Roger Frey presented the Norman Nolt Lot Subdivision Plan. They are requesting a waiverfrom the hydrological study since they are installing a de-nitrification system.Motion by Dick Horst second by Sylvan Fisher to grant the request for waiver of thehydrological study, section 155.27. Motion approved unanimously.Gene Oldham presented the plans for the final plan approval for the Charles Guest Plan.Motion by Sylvan Fisher second by Dick Horst to approve the final plan for Charles Guestcontingent to receiving/completing the sewer agreement and letter of credit. Motionapproved unanimously. They are going to the Planning Commission next.Brian Brant discussed the crossing guards. He was made aware of two substitutes and hequestioned the way they turn in their time cards.Motion by Dick Horst second by Dick Stover to pay the bills as listed. Motion approvedunanimously.Dick Stover discussed items still needed for completion of the Comp Plan.Sylvan Fisher discussed the Stone Quarry Road Park walking trail. On East Metzier Road theyare waiting for a pole to be moved to complete the road. They are still working on Forest HillRoad and Cherry Tree Lane.Pat discussed the bids for the building asbestos removal.Motion by Sylvan Fisher second by Dick Horst to accept the low bid of $2,485.00 for theasbestos removal.
