Motion approved unanimously.Mark Johnson from RGS presented the request for Store-N-Lock for an extension of 5 years toconstruct the building shown on the plan that was recorded February 26, 1996.Motion by Dick Horst second by Thomas Briggs to extend the time I year from date ofexpiration of the plans. Motion approved unanimously.The board discussed Martin & Robbin Flegel's request for waiver of Land Development Planprocessing procedures and Storm Water Management requirements.Motion by Sylvan Fisher second by Thomas Briggs to grant the waiver for Land Developmentplan processing procedures and Storm Water Management requirements. Motion approvedunanimously.Motion by Sylvan Fisher second by Thomas Briggs to pay the bills as listed. Motion approvedunanimously.Dick Stover discussed the Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan. They need moreinformation from West Earl Township to complete the report.Sylvan Fisher discussed the snow removal agreement with Penn Dot. He would like to add 2more roads South Fairmount Road and North Groffdale Road. He will review the agreementwith Penn Dot. Burkholder's Paving will be excavating the walking trails in the Lions Park andthe Stone Quarry Road Park on Thursday. The road crew finished paving Zook's Mill Roadand Hillside Drive.
