Motion approved unanimously.The board discussed the bid opening for the building expansion.Motion by Sylvan Fisher second by Walter Wanner to award the bids to the lowestacceptable bidders: General Contractor - VL Rendina, Inc $1.202,000:Plumbing - dark Mechanical $97,500:HVAC - dark Mechanical $239,850;Electrical - LM&S Electrical $126.400.Motion approved by majority. Thomas Briggs, Sylvan Fisher, Dick Horst, and Walter Wannervoted yes, Dick Stover voted no.Motion by Dick Horst second by Walter Wanner to accept resolution 2000-21, the estimatedcost information for the 2001 retirement plan. Motion approved unanimously.Motion by Sylvan Fisher second by Dick Stover to approve the request of the West EarlLioness dub to park at the Township office for their weekend trip. Motion approvedunanimously.Eagleview Estates - Josele deary discussed the items needed for final approval for theproject. She read the 17 items she has listed on the motion she prepared.Motion by Dick Horst second by Thomas Briggs to grant final conditional approval of theEagleview Estates. The motion prepared by Josele deary is attached. Motion approved bymajority. Thomas Briggs, Sylvan Fisher, and Dick Horst voted yes, Walter Wanner voted no,Dick Stover abstained from voting.Fairmount Homes presented their plan for the library. The plans included items not approvedby the Zoning Hearing Board.Motion by Dick Horst second by Sylvan Fisher to deny the request for waiver of preliminaryplans for the Fairmount Homes Library. Motion approved unanimously.
